No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

  • Aeshen reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Aeshen deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Aeshen's sole discretion.

Aeshen does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, Aeshen specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Services.

    Governing Law


    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

    Notices and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement


    Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent, in writing, to Aeshen corporate offices ATTN Copyright Infringement.
