Community Site Technical Evangelism

Aeshen will help its customers create and grow community sites about products and technologies. We use our technical experts to write blogs, create podcasts, or vidcasts and raise the level of interest around a particular product or feature in the developer or user community. We can then, also create code samples or other content to address community needs.

Online Marketing

Aeshen creates interactive vignettes and entire Web sites to help market products and technologies, demonstrate features, and to show the value of products and technologies. These can be compelling graphical Web sites or interactive vignettes from 3 to 15 minutes in length. Longer vignettes typically have a UI that provides navigation for multiple sub-elements. These projects typically include compelling design and graphics, music, professional narration, video and closed captioning. Vignettes can be run from a Web Site, launched from a CD-ROM, or played in a kiosk environment. Aeshen can mix and combine all of these elements into one consistent and engaging portal to showcase all aspects of your product or services.

White Papers

Aeshen combines subject matter expertise and editorial expertise to create white papers and other marketing documentation for audiences of IT professionals, developers, technical decision makers (TDMs), and business decision makers (BDMs). Deliverables range from a one page product summary for sales staff through a 100 page technical document for customer developers.

Courseware Development

Aeshen has designed and built ILT (Instructor-Lead Training) courseware for a number of software tools, applications and operating systems. Aeshen utilizes our staff of subject matter experts (SMEs), technical writers, editors, and technical reviewers to rapidly create courseware that explains fundamentals, new concepts and technologies and also provides hands-on labs. Aeshen also provides VPCs (Virtual PC installations), course and classroom setup guides, and QA testing for these projects.

Demonstrations

Aeshen creates demonstrations that are between 5 and 120 minutes in length that show new features, how to perform tasks, utilize tools, write code to perform a specific function, etc.. Demos can be online, interactive click-throughs, or delivered with fully scripted PowerPoints, Demo Scripts and pre-built Virtual Machines for in-person delivery at events.

e-Learning

Aeshen creates online training in Flash that is SCROM compliant and can be launched from a variety of interfaces including generic Web pages, CD-ROMs, or through an LMS. Aeshen can include any of the following elements:

  • Animations: Flash animations which explain concepts or show how things work.
  • Simulations: Flash based simulations of computer or developer environments that allow users to interactively 'click-through' program interfaces, write code and perform tasks as if they were on a live system.
  • Question and answer: SCORM compliant and with LMS and database integration.
  • Q&A tracking
  • Music
  • Professional narration
  • Closed captioning
  • Custom navigation interface
Training can be focused to IT professionals, developers, sales-force, and end users. Aeshen can also create 'light' e-learning through the use of Webcasts, Screencasts and online hands-on labs, or guided tours.

Developer Training Tools

Aeshen utilizes the knowledge of our experienced staff of senior architects and developers to create compelling code-based training tools. We create sample applications which demonstrate how to implement a specific piece of functionality, code walk-throughs which provide a code sample with text to explain the significant portions of the code, starter kits which give developers a jump-start on developing on specific systems or utilizing technologies, and demonstrations. These tools can span multiple languages, and are designed to get developers working in the code quickly.

Presentations

Aeshen creates highly graphical, PowerPoint slide decks that have full speaker notes that can address technical (how-to) or business (why buy) audiences from overview to deep technical levels in both the IT Professional and Developer space. These presentations can be used for in-person events, as well as marketing, training, roadshow or other purposes.
